Dining at The Roxburghe whether for lunch, dinner or your wedding breakfast, is the memorable and enjoyable culinary experience.

As all dishes are fully and freshly prepared by the first class team in the kitchen.  The Scottish Borders is renowned for the quality of its fish, meat and game - our cuisiner at the Roxburghe reflects these qualities. To assist guests with any allergies and dietary requirements our team of chefs are more than happy to offer alternatives.

Our homegrown produce of game from the Estate, salmon, wild mushrooms and freshly picked herbs from the garden, our chefs are very particular to ensure everything produced in the kitchen is fresh and home made.

To compliment the superb dishes from the Roxburghe kitchens we have a fine choice of wines including a selection from the Duke's cellar and an extensive whisky selection for the after dinner "dram".
